So this morning I’m sitting in my living room and my mom is reading an article in the NY Times. She jumps up and says that I need to bring Snapchat Spectacles with me. Mind you, I do not currently own a pair. She says I MUST bring them with me, I HAVE to get a pair. I inform her that they are not sold on the internet. Continue reading “Making a spectacle…”
Blogging on the go…
So I’m not bringing my computer or my iPad with me to save space. But this makes it difficult to blog with just my iPhone 7, using only the touch screen. So the other day I got the idea to find a good portable Keyboard. Continue reading “Blogging on the go…”
What I actually packed
Here is a comprehensive list of what I’ve packed. When I return home, I will update with what was useful and what was not. To start off I will say I stuck to a color story to make it easier on myself. Burgundy/wine and a teal/turquoise are my main colors. I supplemented with grey and a few black pieces because, who am I kidding, black is my favorite thing to cover my body with. Back to the list…

Still not packed
The struggle is real! I’m leaving in 3 days and I’ve unpacked. I just can’t seem to get the clothing situation handled. I keep adding and taking away. Every time I pack my bag it’s full, but I need to leave extra space for acquisitions along the way. I wonder if Denali is having the same struggle?? Continue reading “Still not packed”
And so it begins…
About 5 weeks ago, a little birdie told me to ask my brother, Denali, if he wanted to go to Thailand. I did some research about the best time to go. Low and behold, its now. So I looked up flight prices, they were good, and then I called my brother. Needless to say, but he jumped at the idea and we bought tickets. Continue reading “And so it begins…”
First blog post…
So I’ve finally begun a travel blog. Last year I went on my first cruise and it was awesome. It was the first time I had been to most of the Caribbean. I’d been to Jamaica before but that was pretty much it. Before that I had traveled around various countries in Europe when I was younger. I haven’t been away from the Americas in quite some time. So I figured it was time to reevaluate my life and start to roam the world a little bit. Right now, I do not have a life where I can just travel for a year or two, but I’m fortunate enough to be able to go away for a few weeks at a time. So next up i’m headed to Southeast Asia for three and a half weeks, specifically Thailand. I’m beyond excited. I plan on posting daily to document my trip. I’m looking to create great memories and good vibes.
