So a few months ago, I thought about taking Jules to Niagara Falls, because he’s never been. I got a bunch of plans together and then my parents wanted to jump in on the fun. So I thought, why not? We all piled into the car, with MHB (my 87 year old Grandmother) in tow and away we went. Continue reading “On The Road”
The Worst
Well, well, well, look who hasn’t written anything since May?! I’ve got to be better. I’ve done a few things since then and have had plenty to write about and I’ve written nada. Let’s remedy that.
Alpaca Fun
Yesterday, I had the privilege of hanging out with some amazing alpacas. I’ve been obsessed with llamas and alpacas for ages, and I finally got to interact with them! Continue reading “Alpaca Fun”

There is a new Frida Kahlo exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum . As a member, I was able to check it out a day early. If possible, it always helps to be a member at the museums you frequent. 1) early access to cool exhibitions and 2) tickets even when the event has sold out to the public. Right now, the Kahlo exhibit tickets are sold out but members can get them. Continue reading “Frida Kahlo: Appearances Can Be Deceiving”
